The young patient came to our office because she expected a complete metamorphosis of her smile. Irregularly shaped discolored, decalcified teeth made her ashamed to smile. Comprehensive treatment was carried out, including extended diagnostics, conservative, endodontic and prosthetic treatment. A set of aesthetic crowns and veneers were made on the top, while the lower teeth were whitened in the office. The effect exceeded the patient’s expectations.
The patient came in to improve the aesthetics and eliminate hypersensitivity of the front teeth. He opted for a compromise treatment, without gingivoplasty, to obtain a sufficient aesthetic effect for him. Hygienization and 4 all-ceramic crowns were performed.
The patient presented with a broken crown of the second premolar. A cast insert and an all-ceramic crown were made on this tooth, rebuilding its shape, color and correct contact points between the teeth.
The patient came because she did not like the brown fringes around the fillings on one and two on the front. Leaky restorations were replaced with tight, very aesthetic, color-matched new fillings.
The patient came in with a discolored one with an extensive filling covering the incisal edge. An all-ceramic crown was made, the shape and color of which perfectly matched the remaining teeth.
The patient presented with a leaky bridge on the left side, broken incisal edges of the front teeth, unsightly and leaky restorations. Hygienization was performed, crowns on the right incisors, and a tight and aesthetic bridge from central incisor to canine on the left. In order for the teeth to look completely natural, gingivoplasty was performed to obtain a natural profile before the bridge was cemented.
The patient presented with pain of a molar. Leaky amalgam filling (old type, “silver”) with caries was replaced with a tight composite filling, aesthetic and of the correct shape.
The patient presented with occlusal abnormalities that affected the aesthetics of the smile and the comfort of eating and speaking. After orthodontic treatment, he can enjoy a beautiful, healthy and even smile.
